1. Services Provided

DIXEL LLC provides residential and commercial construction, renovation, and project consulting services throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

 

2. Estimates and Payments

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are due as agreed in the written contract or upon project completion.
• A 3% processing fee applies to payments made via credit card.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide job site access during scheduled work hours
• Secure necessary permits, unless otherwise arranged with us
• Make timely decisions to avoid delays

 

4. Warranty

We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects, covering labor-related defects. Product and material warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIXEL LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees based on time and materials prepared.

 

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Before legal action, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution.

 

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these updates.
