What was done

A once run-down house was transformed into a fully modern, stylish home—inside and out. We renovated every inch: new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, finishes, and exterior. The result feels like a brand-new build, yet preserves the charm and soul of the original structure. A perfect blend of history and modern living, crafted with care and precision to create comfort, beauty, and lasting value.

Key difficulties

The biggest challenge was working with an old, uneven structure while aiming for a clean, modern finish. Walls, floors, and framing were out of alignment, requiring extensive prep and reframing. We also had to update all mechanical systems without compromising the historical charm. Balancing structural corrections with preserving original character took careful planning, precision, and creativity—but the result speaks for itself.

Key difficulties

We took this house in very poor condition. Roof floors, old beams, old utilities. Everything needed to be replaced or repaired.

Outside

On the outside, we repaired the porch, made a new deck in the back, fixed the walls and roof, and repainted the whole house

Inside

Inside the house we remodeled everything - new electrical, plumbing, leveled the floors, refinished the walls and replaced some of the ceilings.
