We stripped the old shingles, inspected the decking, replaced all rotted wood, installed modern waterproofing membranes, and finished with new, durable asphalt shingles.
Key difficulties
The biggest challenge was uncovering hidden rot in the roof decking, which required structural repairs before installation. We also had to work around unpredictable weather to keep the home protected during the process.
