What was done
400 sq ft fully permitted sunroom addition in Rockville, MD. Built from the ground up with high ceilings, screened openings, full roofing system, heating, lighting, and electrical for year-round comfort.

Outside
Exterior finished with wood framing and siding to match the existing home. The roof mirrors the original in color and design. Screened doors prevent insects while allowing airflow. Proper gutters and drainage were installed. The addition blends seamlessly, as if it has always been part of the house.
Inside
Interior finished with natural wood materials for a warm feel. A former window opening was converted into a new access door from the house. Installed full electrical system, heater, ceiling fan, lighting, and outlets. Composite decking flooring was used for durability and long-term performance.
