What was done
We completely rebuilt the fire-damaged kitchen: removed all burnt materials, reinforced framing, installed new wiring, plumbing, cabinets, appliances, and finishes with a modern design.
Key difficulties
The main challenge was removing all fire-damaged materials safely while preserving structural integrity. Smoke and heat had affected hidden areas, requiring deep cleaning, full rewiring, and precise reconstruction to meet modern codes and restore both function and beauty.
