Remodeling an old deck and fence

What was done
The challenge was to get the space outside the house ready to sell. Therefore, it was necessary to redo the old deck and completely replace the old crumbling fence.
Key difficulties
We completely removed the old decking, redid the steps, and made new rails that meet codes. The old fence was completely removed, new posts were installed, and then a new fence with this unusual shape. Boards of different widths were used to make the fence look nice.

Deck and fence were already badly tired and in need of a good repair. Which we did!

The dec frame wasn't in bad condition. We replaced the metal supports, replaced a few joysticks and added missing ones and fixed everything well.

Covered the deck with a cool wood plank that will stand up to any weather and last at least 15 years.
