What was done
Full structural renovation down to the framing. Removed all interior walls, drywall, and ceilings. Preserved brick exterior and foundation. Installed new roofing system, replaced all windows and doors, upgraded basement and attic insulation, and rebuilt all interior surfaces.
Key difficulties
The home required full structural evaluation after demolition. Hidden damage, outdated systems, and insulation deficiencies had to be addressed. Coordinating structural repairs, roofing replacement, and energy upgrades while preserving the original brick exterior added complexity to the project.

Key difficulties
Complete interior demolition throughout the home. Removed all drywall, flooring, ceilings, outdated electrical wiring, portions of plumbing and HVAC. The basement was fully reconfigured and prepared for a complete rebuild.

Outside
Built a new deck and fully replaced the exterior fence to enhance curb appeal and usability. Cleared and cleaned the entire property to create a fresh, well-maintained exterior presence.

Inside the house we remodeled everything - new electrical, plumbing, leveled the floors, refinished the walls and replaced some of the ceilings.
