What was done
This house came to us in very poor condition: an old roof, worn floors, old beams and outdated utilities. We took on a full gut renovation and brought the whole home back to life, inside and out. New kitchen and bathroom, new electrical and plumbing, leveled floors and refinished walls, a repaired porch and a new deck in the back. The result feels like a new home, yet it keeps the character of the original farmhouse.

Key difficulties
The scope required several permits, and we handled all of them. The old, uneven structure needed reframing, leveled floors and updated mechanicals, while preserving the home's character. Balancing code requirements, structural fixes and design goals took precision, and the result exceeded expectations.

On the outside, we repaired the porch, built a new deck in the back, fixed the walls and roof, and repainted the whole house.
